A CONSIDERED APPROACH
TO RESTORATIVE WELLBEING

Bespoke wellness programmes designed to restore balance, clarity, and vitality.

Wellbeing at Peacock Hill is approached as a whole—bringing together restorative practices, nourishing food, thoughtful movement, and deeply restful spaces. Our wellness programmes are designed to support both body and mind, combining holistic practices with healthful cuisine, gentle physical activity, and well-designed suites that encourage truly restorative sleep.

Programmes allow guests to build an experience aligned with their individual needs. Whether the intention is stress management, rejuvenation, or simply time to slow down, the approach remains flexible and responsive rather than prescriptive.

Our integrated wellness programmes are designed for those seeking more than a retreat—for guests who value a considered, personalised approach and wish to leave feeling both restored and equipped with practical insights to carry home. You will leave Peacock Hill relaxed, grounded, and inspired.

Programme Options

Each programme balances movement and rest, guided practice and personal space. Daily sessions may include yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reflective or educational workshops, while generous time is left open for rest, spa treatments, or quiet exploration of the surrounding landscape.

The experience is intentionally spacious. Moments of guidance are paired with time for integration, allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of each practice.

The room features green lower wall paneling, beige upper walls, and a high wooden ceiling with exposed beams. There are three wooden chairs, two with woven seats and one with a heart-shaped decoration on the backrest. A corner with a red side table, a small lamp, and decorative glasses is visible near the beds. The right side shows part of a bed with a red and beige patterned coverlet, and a window with cream curtains on the left side.

A restorative introduction

This programme offers a gentle entry into holistic wellbeing, ideal for those seeking rest and reset within a shorter timeframe.

Arrival is from 2pm, allowing time to settle into the space before an evening practice designed to release travel tension and ground the body. Over the following days, mornings begin with yoga and nourishing breakfasts, followed by guided wellness sessions or workshops. Afternoons are left open for rest, spa time, sightseeing, or quiet walks in nature.

Evening practices support relaxation and reflection, with the final day offering a gentle integration session before departure — leaving guests feeling rested, clear, and rebalanced.

A deeper immersion

Designed for those wishing to slow down more fully, this programme allows time for deeper rest, reflection, and reconnection.

After arrival and an initial settling practice, the following days unfold at an unhurried pace. Mornings open with yoga and meditation, followed by healthful meals and guided sessions. Time outdoors, cultural or nature-based experiences, and restorative practices are woven throughout the stay.

Creative or reflective workshops, breathwork journeys, and integration sessions support a gradual, sustainable return to balance. The programme closes with space for reflection, allowing insights and practices to settle before returning home.
