Thoughtfully designed with all modern comforts and tropical outdoor living in mind, Peacock Hill House is a three-bedroomed sophisticated hill-top villa perched atop Peacock Hill with magnificent vistas towards the Sigiriya Rock Fortress to its North and Wewela Lake and Nuwara Gala Mountain ridge to its South.
Set in a spiritual enclave of scared jungles of Nuwara Gala Mountains, Wewela Lake and far-reaching paddy fields of Wewela village. We strive to deliver experience that is unique to you, whatever the scale, we obsess about the details, turning ambitious ideas into precious memories worth reliving.
All our 3 suites are individually designed, with all modern comforts. Guests can book individual suits individually or book the entire house on an exclusive basis which can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 to 3 children depending on the age.
Lake View Suite
Sleeps two adults and up to two grown children or 3 adults and 1 children
375 square feet of indoor space and 180 square feet of private terrace with an outdoor seating, Lake View Suit has its own entrance overlooks the garden, pool, the lake and mountains beyond. Lake View Suite features 100-year-old two separate four poster beds, which can be made into one double bed, 50-year-old vintage divan that can accommodate a child up to 12 years old. The suite has space to accommodate a fold up bed when needed.
The suite features separate and spacious vanity and dressing areas, walk in shower with an antique copper shower. The suite is furnished with rare Sri Lankan vintage furniture, bespoke hand carved teak writing table, bespoke hand carved, lacquered teak vanity table, handmade Portuguese style teak dowry chest and two separate wardrobes for hanging cloths and luggage.
Sigiriya View Suite

360 square feet of indoor space and 330 square feet of private walled garden with sunbed and an orangery like seating for four, Sigiriya View Suit is your own little sanctuary. The suite has its own entrance, good sized double bed, second bed that can accommodate grown adult, separate and spacious vanity and dressing areas, walk in shower with an antique copper shower. The suite is furnished with rare Sri Lankan vintage furniture, 150-year-old Galle Almirah, bespoke hand carved teak writing table, bespoke hand carved, lacquered teak vanity table, handmade Portuguese era teak dowry chest and separate wardrobe for hanging cloths and luggage.

270 square feet of indoor space and 244 square feet of two private balconies, one to enjoy sunrise and another to enjoy sunset. The balcony has outdoor seating for two overlooking the garden, mountains, lake and the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, making it perfect place to sip tea while listening to endless birdsongs or enjoy good G&T while watching the sun set.
