Throughout the year, Peacock Hill hosts a small number of carefully designed retreat programmes centred around wellbeing, restoration, and personal balance.

These retreats bring together guided practices, nourishing cuisine, mindful movement, and time for rest within the calm surroundings of the property. Each programme follows its own rhythm, offering guests the opportunity to step away from everyday routines and reconnect with a slower pace.

Retreats take place only on specific dates and spaces are limited to maintain an intimate and supportive atmosphere.

Each programme balances movement and rest, guided practice and personal space. Daily sessions may include yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reflective or educational workshops, while generous time is left open for rest or quiet exploration of the surrounding landscape.

The experience is intentionally spacious. Moments of guidance are paired with time for integration, allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of each practice.

Programmes are offered as either a 3-night or 5-night stay.

Peacock Hill hosts visiting wellness practitioners throughout the year. We are currently in residence with White Sun Collective, offering a curated programme led by its founder, Anabel.

With over eight years of devoted study in yoga, kriya, meditation, breathwork, as well as philosophy and holistic wellbeing, she bridges ancient wisdom with modern understanding - offering practices that are both profound and practical.
